"House is huge!! Has almost everything you need! We stayed over the thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time ! Hot tub was 😍!!! I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub but was fairly clean and looked very inviting. Back yard was big and had a nice size bbq and pretty lightning. Yard was fenced and will hold up against smaller dogs. My children had a blast in the game room ! TV, pingpong table darts and a full size pool table !!! Clean up list was very minimal and easy to accomplish! I highly recommend for families or groups and will most definitely rebook when I need to stay in Kernvile!!!"

"Such a wonderful, relaxing property with top notch staff. Hiked to all the waterfalls on property, enjoyed the in-room tub, the included breakfasts were convenient and really tasty, and driving to local hikes and Kernville was super easy. Nice way to unplug, but still have great amenities. Loved it!"
