"As a woman traveling solo on business, I felt very safe staying in Winston-Salem at this B&B. The Alspaugh King Room is gorgeous. It is thoughtfully appointed and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is just incredible, with a claw-foot tub and a large shower. They even gave me complimentary wine and pretzels at check-in. Three restaurants were just a short walk away, too. I loved every minute of staying here - it was incredibly relaxing after a long day of travel. "

"We had a lovely experience here. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Our flight from DC kept getting delayed and we didn’t get to the bed and breakfast until 2am, but the owners kept in contact and made sure we were able to get in and settled. In the morning we were cooked a delicious homemade breakfast. We were walking distance from Downtown so it was easy to pop over and explore the town on foot (we recommend the Civil Rights Museum!).
