"We had early acces to our room, which was good. But there was dust all alongside the walls. The bed was not steady enough, very soft matras. Also, someone from the reception walked into our room while we were in it. Without knocking! Very unprofessional. There were reddish stains on the bed linnen. After mentioning this to the front desk, we said we will not come back again. And the response was, well I think we tried our best. Only apologies, no resolutions to help solve the problem or to try...
