In the living room, you'll find a handmade rustic wooden table, perfect for gathering over meals or enjoying games by the warm glow of the gas fireplace. The fireplace, carved from local stone by the owner, adds a touch of charm and authenticity to the space. The fully renovated kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including dishes, utensils, and cookware. High-quality teas, coffee, and natural toiletries are provided to make your stay feel special and luxurious.

The master bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed with fresh, high-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The living room also includes a comfortable pull-out couch that converts into a queen bed, making the space suitable for up to four guests.

Within four miles, you’ll find the entrance to Minnewaska State Park, offering well-maintained biking and hiking trails, crystal-clear swimmable lakes, cross-country skiing, and some of the best rock climbing in the region. The area is also home to four wineries, local organic farms, and the famous Brauhaus restaurant, serving delicious German cuisine. Art centers, seasonal festivals, and the unique local culture influenced by nearby Woodstock, NY, add even more to explore and enjoy.

Trash disposal in the area is restricted to protect the natural environment and deter wildlife, so if you accumulate garbage during your stay, just let me know, and I’ll arrange for it to be taken care of by my caretakers.
