"I brought my family here and we had such a great time. It is right on the lake, with steps to safely get in, swim and relax. No boats go into this enclave except for residents so it's very safe. Lake was between 3' to 5' deep. The hot tub was a great way to relax at night. The living area was awesome for hanging out and we appreciated the large screen TV when we were ready to relax. "This is an amazing property but it doesn’t seem to be maintained properly. The main fridge didn’t keep the food cold, ice maker didn’t make more than an handful of ice the entire time, and it took 4 days for the freezer to almost freeze popsicles. Walls, floors, cabinets, screened porch were all filthy. The smaller shower head in the master bath was broken, screens were torn, chairs and tables outside were broke. Trash pick up was unreliable and the animals would get into the trash bins at night...

"Property is very nice , very comfortable. Needs temp hotter on water. There is a step down at front door you cannot see in the dark and another one inside at front door you won’t be ready for if not made aware of in advance. Other than that we loved the home , very spacious, beds were good. We would stay again. "
