"The place has worked well size wise for our family. It was not very clean and the AC was finicky (very cold in the bedrooms area and hot on the main floor), so we ended up turning it off — luckily we visited at the end of the summer, so this wasn’t an issue. The place, especially bedrooms and washrooms, could use some touch ups as they are a bit dated. The communication with our contact has been great up to a point, then it stopped.
