"The apartment is really nice and comfortable with a beautiful view. There is not a keyless check in which was an inconvenience. We had someone pick us up at the airport to deliver the keys but the cost of that was more than finding our own transportation to the property. Having someone meet us with the keys was not an option by the host for a 8 pm check in. Other than that issue everything was great and Malta is amazing. "

"It was a good stay just the check in was pretty rough as they sent me a link that was to the wrong address and the hotels.com website had it at a location around the corner. Apparently they have two properties next to each other. The wifi was terrible always cutting out which made it hard tk do work. Outside of those two thing it was a good stay. Good location and great views from the terrace. "

"The property was exactly as photos show, no disappointment there!! lovely sea views from the balconies too. Apartment was close walk to water, shops, restaurants and boat tours. Milena our host was lovely, very quick to respond making things easy for us to organise and book from o/seas prior to arrival. Really helped us out at the end of the trip when we got stuck too!! Hands down recommend this place and host!!!"

"Mold, spiders and dead insects everywhere. Was not clean when I came in host never responds. Appliances all have the wrong plug-ins for Malta."

"There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I loved the room. It had a nice floor plan, was clean, well maintained and modern. There's plenty of lighting including a good reading light on each side of the bed. I enjoyed the espresso machine, but wish there was creamer available. It would also be nice if there was a place in the bathroom or by the mirror to plug in he hair dryer or a curling iron. "Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. We are already planning our next trip to Malta and plan to book here again"

"The hotel is huge, despite it looking older than its rivals, the internal decoration was good and was very clean. The rooms were large and we had a seaview. I can find little fault with our stay here. We visited in February and despite some building work going on (which was well advertised) there is plenty to see and do. The evening entertainment was very good. The food choices were fantastic (something for everyone) with of course unlimited drinks in the food restaurants and bars if you are doing AI. The roof top pool has spectacular views and is definitely worth a visit, even if you don't want to dip your toes in the cooler water found in Feb. The indoor pool in the sub-basement is really catered for the spa customers even though it is open to everyone. Based on the 'open to everyone' the changing areas need to be much larger in regards to actual undressing etc and the Sauna and Steam room do need to be larger, but i can appreciate that in peak season these areas would be rarely used. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and what i would say, is those people that moan about this and that, are talking rubbish. Where else can you get a room, all inclusive food and drink for approx £60 a night !! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The staff work extremely hard to try and make everyones visit the best that they can."
