"Very average. Tiny rooms, about 24sqm. Ants everywhere, conditioner worked in 1 mode only regardless remote control. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you will need to rent scooter or pay $6 return for tuk-tuk to get to Kep bus station area. Staff is good and friendly, but there is not much they could do."

"We hired a tuktuk to take us there. It could not get up the steep, dirt road so we had to pull our bags the last 100 metres. Once at the property, it seemed deserted and abandoned. Once we found a staff member, everything was OK. Just OK. You need to be willing to not have the customary conveniences of a modern hotel."
