"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. "The location of the property was the only thing it has going for it. The beds don’t have a proper sheet on it and you can clearly see the dirty stained mattress. They give you an old dirty brown blanket and I don’t know who you have to bribe to get the hot water running. We begrudgingly stayed one night even though we had booked 3 and the next morning packed up and left. It’s an old, run down hotel that needs major upgrades and tlc. "
