"We stayed here for a few weeks to celebrate the Christmas holiday. The place is very clean and well maintained, with modern furnishings and amenities along with a well stocked supply of anything you could need. The owners Jay and Morgan were lovely and communicative. Wonderful location in South Kensington, close to restaurants, shops and the underground. Highly recommend!"

"I had to initiate the communication. Would not give address until 3 days before and finally gave entry information the morning we landed. All thru messenger - no other contact information. Told to contact 3 different people - very unorganized as to who did what. Advertised as 4 bedroom but upon arrival there were only three, said door to downstairs was locked & someone would be over. "The perfect place to stay for a largish group in London. A 5 minute walk from the North Lambeth tube station it's ideally placed for access to public transport. The house itself is immaculate and well equipped."

"Beautiful townhome that was well appointed. Host was very attentive and communicative. Furnishings were top notch, comfortable and clean. Comes with a/c, washer/dryer and stocked kitchen which was great. No lift. Stairwell a little steep and tight so not a perfect option for people with ambulatory issues. Located next to train tracks but this was not an issue as the windows were truly sound proof. We did occasionally feel the vibration of the trains but that was not bothersome. In all,...

"We stayed in this house for Christmas and enjoyed our time. The location is convenient to get to stores, restaurants and the Underground. The previous reviews were spot on, though. The hot water runs out pretty quickly, so we scattered our showers. Also, there had been a previous accident in one of the bedrooms and we spent time trying to clean up the smell. That was disappointing, but we made the best of it. "

The attention to detail starts with the owner and property manager, staying in touch with us and accommodating us from the minute we landed at Heathrow, The townhome is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a prime location (easy walking distance to subway, stores and restaurants)! We felt at home the minute we walked in and just loved it! Thank you SO very much - we will definitely be back!"

"We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy! The flat is well provisioned, and just as described - a perfect spot for our four adults, but children would have been easy here too. We hope to stay again next time we're in town. "
