"Our stay was excellent. Just one quick night, but the room was wonderfully clean, small but adorable, and perfect for what we needed. The only uncomfortable quality, is that the shower is too small! With a great shower head, there is hardly space to stand under it! Despite that tiny detail, we would book it again!"

Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. "
