The property has excellent road links to Sedbergh, known as the Book Town, Kendal and its wide choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops and the hugely popular Windermere and Bowness where you can hop on board one of the Lake Cruises.

Grayrigg is easily accessible from the M6 Motorway. The lovely village is perched on a hill and it is surrounded by working farmland where you can see the gorgeous Spring Lambs in early April & may time. The views from the property are fantastic too! Morrisons and Sainsbury's supermarkets are 4-miles away. The nearest Pub is the Duke Of Cumberland in Kendal - 4-miles.
