"My stay was very good. The location was excellent. They have nice lockers for luggage storage. The people working the front desk are congenial and friendly. The rooms are quite comfortable, just like the pictures, and quiet. The only criticism I would have is that the hallways are rather creepy."

"I loved my stay at A-STAY! Excellent location next to the train station and easy access to the city center. Because the property is well off the street, it was very quiet. Room was large and had a very comfortable bed. Would recommend to others!"

"My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in Luxury Room with a View. My room was #130, hers #140. The hotel location is fantastic! The reception staff was so very kind on every occasion when we had questions to ask them.They also sold us the Ghent Card which gave us entrances to various tourist attractions and public transportation in Ghent. "It was a good price and a decent hotel. It is definitely a basic hotel, do not expect many amenities. The underside of the bed had not been properly cleaned but other than that, this was a fairly positive stay."

Confortable and quaint

"The room did not have a phone to contact the front desk. We had to go downstairs whenever we needed assistance. Would be nice to have cups in the room. The staff were very accomodating. The held some items in their fridge for me and heated up my food. Love, love the purple color scheme. Very quaint and pleasant boutique hotel."

Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof Ghent

"Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof was a wonderful option for our stay in Ghent. Close to the major sights in Ghent, including Gravenstein and St Bavo Cathedral (with the incredible Van Eyck alterpiece - don't miss it), the staff was very helpful. The hotel has a spa and a lovely atrium garden. Despite its great location, the hotel was quiet and restful. And, it has great restaurants! Its Michelin restaurant was closed on the night we were there, but, we needn't have worried, their "casual" bistro was also fabulous. Highly recommended!"
