"My only negative was that the toilets are very low - and no grab/safety bars. With aging population and knee and other aging limitations, unusual to not have some accessibility features in a new build. But great stay: Clean, near food and shopping, quick access to downtown Ottawa!"

"My visit was incredible. The whole place was clean and comfortable. The feel of the room was so good. I love antique anything and this was a beautiful mix of retro-meets-modern cool. Perfection. And the bed! Oh man, the bed was so comfortable, my snooze alarm was well used the morning of my checkout. Having a full kitchen complete with dishes, cutlery, and appliances was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend. Worth the money. And I don't say that unless it's absolutely true. Thanks for everything! Will visit again!"

"Manny's Place is a diamond in the rough. A guest house in the middle of suburbia, you wouldn't think it's anything special at first glance. But it's a home. It's a place you look forward to. A place a person can trust to provide safety and comfort. A place that offers reasonable pricing for comfortable accommodations. After staying there a few times over the last year or so, and meeting the man himself, meeting the good people who clean and maintain the place, meeting the different and interesting people who found this beautiful rest stop along their personal journeys, I can confidently say that this is where anyone in the Ottawa area who needs a place to rest their weary head for an evening should go. Thank you Manny, and thanks to your amazing staff. It's not often a temporary living arrangement feels so natural and good. I appreciate everything you strive to provide to your guests. "
