"This hotel is a basic accommodation. It's not glitzy or glamorous. It provides a safe place to stay, in a residential area, it has basic facilities.(😊) A bed, pillows, TV(1uk channel) a good shower pressure and hot water. Bed was clean, towels very thin.The breakfast was incredibly disappointing and wouldn't bother with upgrading. (Nice coffee n pastry shop 5 mins away). Access to transport was good, and 10 minutes walk from Margaret Bridge.( Uphill on way back🙄!!!)Staff were courteous, albeit...

"Shower riser was broken so could not position it at appropriate height. Reported this to staff who said they would take a look, but they never did. Aside from that a good, clean, basic hotel. Did the job. "

"The breakfast provided was excellent. There was a shop called Penny's that had a small supermarket that had your essential needs. The staff was friendly. We were about 20 minutes to 25 minutes away from many of the excercursions we wanted to see. There was a gym available, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There are buses and metro train stops nearby, but I traveled with taxi during my stay. Hopefully, it would be a good improvement if there could be a way to do laundry at the hotel."

"Hostel was amazing but the fact I had to walk around everytime I left the hostel a hour and a half because the entrance closer to the place was closed by police and they made us walk round really ruined my stay because everytime I had to do this trip it. Took 1 hour 30 mins and imagine I just want to get my jacket and this makes me not want to go back out. I go out and come back 4 times that’s 6 hours traveling just to get in your place of stay "
