"Front desk service still bad due to lack of staff. Waited long time to check in and check out, only one staff is servicing and staff cannot speak English much. The hotel mgmt prefer to do local travellers business rather than oversea. "

"I stayed for 5 days for work related and it was a pleasant stay. It's close to grocery/alfamart and lot of delivery service (grab, taxi etc). The rooms are little smaller and there is no iron box, or wardrobe to store clothes."

"Unfortunately, this particular room was very noisy from the main road facing the room. I was unable to have a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay at the hotel. Upon check-in and entering the room, the bathroom had an awful smell which I had to clean it myself. However, the smell from the drainage remain. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was leaking. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with sufficient varieties from local and western food."
