This home is in the prestigious Riveria Reights of Kelseyville. It's located above Soda Bay Road overlooking the lake. Clear Lake State Park is a 5-minute drive from the house and the famous Konocti Harbor Resort is approx. 5 miles down the road as well. Clear Lake is known for its top-rated wineries, boutiques, and music scene. Throughout the year, enjoy festivals, live music, wine tasting, hiking, biking, boating, and fishing. There are 2 marinas to launch and leave your boat overnight. ENJOY! This is a Long Term rental
