"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...

"My family and I have just returned from a two night stay here. There were a couple of things that I think would make the apartment we stayed in much better (a table and a door between the bedroom and front room), but other than those, we had a great stay. The location was perfect for what we wanted."

"Great area. The perfect location for everything we planned to do in Liverpool. But the apartment and entry itself was rundown. It was obvious it had been smoked in at some point. We noticed by smell each time we entered the apartment and because there was a cigarette burn in the couch’s arm. "

The communal kitchen is useful but a real pain for us as it was right next to the entry to our room……Comings and goings all the while. Security needs improvement too. "Absolutely fantastic place. Very enjoyable stay,close to the town centre and also close to all the attractions. The Reception staff Very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend them and hopefully get to stay again in the future. "
