The space
The house features a sun-filled open main floor to accommodate entertaining 10 people, rain or shine. Completely renovated with a modern kitchen and appliances, 3 bathrooms, living room upstairs and entertainment room downstairs with 55" TV, a large back deck with BBQ and 2 other terraces with stunning views of orchards, the city of Kelowna, Okanagan Lake beyond the city, as well as mountains in the distance. It feels a million miles away from everything, but is just 5 minutes to grocery, Starbucks, pubs and restaurants. At sunset you will want to pull the cork and settle in for the amazing sunsets.
The main floor is open-concept with a large well-equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to create a perfect group meal. Appliances include everything from a wine fridge to waffle iron and air fryer. This floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a dining area and living area with fireplace and access to the large balcony.
The lower level has an additional 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a games room with big screen TV, plus laundry facilities and walk-out access to the backyard and private terraces.
Situated in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to everything Kelowna and the surrounding area have to offer. No parties or loud noise after 10pm are allowed at the house, to be respectful to our neighbours.
7 golf courses within a 20-minute drive, close to the Kangaroo Zoo and Mission Creek hiking trails. Myra Canyon hiking & biking and the historic KVR rail trail are approximately 30 minutes away. 20-minute drive to many wineries.
Grocery stores, liquor stores, Starbucks, pubs and restaurants are a 5-minute drive.
