Staff are extremely helpful. We were looking for the elevator and an employee asked if she could help then instead of pointing the direction she dropped what she was doing walked us over to the elevator then showed us how to use the key to activate the elevator. Very nice touch

We will stay here again however unfortunately the people above us were stomping around and jumping off the bed or playing hockey or something until 11:30 when I finally had enough and called front desk. They didn’t stop until around 12:30 unfortunately, I know it wasn’t front desks fault but it sucked as we had an early flight. Also found 4 long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom, I’ve been a housekeeper so I know how overworked they are but maybe an extra check from the head housekeeper would be a good idea.
