"Wonderful spot in Kas on the Peninsula, lovely property with a gorgeous pool view. While we stayed in the hotel rooms of this property, it is definitely more of a hostel, don't expect the same professionalism of the staff or services as hotel. "

"The resort is on an excellent position right on the beach swimming which we enjoyed, the open buffet was excellent loved the grill and variety but drink’s aren’t incl. views from restaurant was beautiful in the evening watching the sunset and morning was nice to the only things that keep me coming back but the resort is run down needs a LOTS of maintenance upgrade and care "

"Hotel 37 is at an excellent spot in Kaş, close to the downtown area (5 min walk) and right by Kucuk Cakil Beach where there are several options (free and paid) to enjoy the Mediterranean. Really nice and friendly staff and clean premises. Delicious breakfast service at the scenic rooftop. My wife and I stayed here recently (Jul 2024) per recommendation from a friend and we were very happy with our decision. I highly recommend staying here for anyone who wants to enjoy Kaş."

"Great location for the town and harbour. A little noisy as it is located on a main thoroughfare. Parking at the front of the property for guests use which has cones in the bays. "

"Staff were good. Due to a mix up with our booking we are given an apartment instead of a hotel room. The apartment was in the neighbouring building & was newly renovated. It still needed some finishing, as there were no curtains in the lounge area, no handle of the sliding bathroom door, only 2 hangers in the wardrobe. "The location was good and offered beautiful views. We were not allowed to use the pool. No bar. Room very small and no safe box. We asked for late check our and was not allowed one. Overall it’s an okey place but wouldn’t stay there again. Also we were not provided the free wine as per perk."

Enjoy a wonderful buffet breakfast in the lush Mediterranean garden with olive and lime trees near the pool. This is my 2nd summer here and will return. "
