"Great location and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Booked a car park through hotel @$35 per night which was great. Needs a bit of maintenance ended up getting the tool kit from my car to tighten bolts on the table which was so rickety it was unusable. "

"This was a great apart-otel with a functional kitchen. This means savings on restaurant costs. Convenient location 3 blocks from main Southern Cross train station and one block from City Circle tram/train line. It felt safe. The bed was comfortable and not too soft. One dislike: the soaps were "Gardenia" scented; cloyingly sweet and too strong. Good thing I bring my own toiletries!"

"We had a pleasant stay at this property for our vacation in Melbourne. The property (3br apartment) was clean and fairly spacious and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The only complaint that we had was there was no one there when we checked out around 5am in the morning. The hotel posted a note on the reception door to call a local telephone number if checking out. We did that but it costed me international calling rates as we were from other parts of Asia.
