"I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Strasbourg. The tram is a 5 min walk and gets you straight into the markets and in the main station. The room was very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a base to go explore. The bed was huge and very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. The only downside was there isn’t a baggage store once checked out. "

"The room lacked a kettle for making coffee or tea. Providing this basic amenity would greatly enhance guests' comfort, especially when dining options are limited due to restrictions on pets in certain areas. Overall the hotel staff were very friendly and understanding, the tram station is across the road, and in 20 minutes one arrives in the center of Strasbourg. "

"It was really enjoyable and the receptionists were very welcoming and happy to help all the time. If staying here but plan to go to Strasbourg get the DB navigator app to buy bus tickets as transport was hard to navigate without it"

"Traveling solo, I just needed a clean and comfortable room close to Strasbourg at Christmas. Strasbourg hotels were expensive at that time and Hotel Rosengarten was the perfect solution. I took the train to and from Strasbourg but there was also light rail, taxis, and ride share available. Dimitri was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My room was small but it was just for me. "Lovely hotel in a small town. We received a warm welcom, the room was big and comfy, the breakfast was great. The biergarten opposite does amazing food, very happy and would love to be back!"

"The staff at this hotel from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team is fabulous. The morning breakfast, the location & the spa are also excellent. My room was a bit tired & dated for a 5-star hotel, but the other wonderful things more than compensate! Thank you for a nice stay."
