Its almost new (COMPLETED SEPTEMBER 2011) and HAS BEEN RECENTLY RENOVATED ,its set in a key unspoilt location of Kefalonia has unique style and quality and superb panoramic views of the country side.There is a also a brand new private swimming pool 8,40 m long x 4,20 m wide. For safety reasons the swimming pooli is gated and it is located in a different level from the villa.There are 6 sunbeds and 2 large umbrellas on the pool area.

The villa has a private gated entrance with space for parking and stone boundary. Sightseeing :
Antisamos famous beach is only 7km away from the Villa: a spectacular beach surrounded by impressive verdant hills, with turquoise-blue, crystal clear water ideal for snorkelling. Water sports on offer.
Along the coastline Sami - Agia Efimia (3-12 km from the Villa) there are numerous little white pebble coves with crystal clear water, ideal for snorkelling.One of them is Santa Paraskevi , with beach bar and a nice restaurant/taverna by the sea.
A 20 min drive from the villa is the renowned 'Myrtos' Beach (white sand and pebbles, blue-turquoise waters), voted one of the best beaches in the world.It is also one of the most photographed beaches in the world.
Karavomylos lake, 6km from the Villa is another fantastic place with a friendly tavern looking across the sea to Ithaca.
Drogarati Caves, situated about 2,5km from the villa are stalagmatic caves thought to be 150 million years old. The acoustics inside are so good it hosts concerts, where there is room for an audience of 500 people.
Melissani Lake 7 km from the Villa: again situated just outside Sami, is an underground cave with a lake where you can be punted around in a rowing boat. When the sun is overhead around midday it hits the turquoise-blue waters, creating a magical illusion and suddenly filling the cave with blue light.A boat trip on its bluish green water is a wonderful experience
The Ancient Acropolis of Sami and the monastery of Fanendes 6 km from the Villa: with stunning views to ithaka and a lot of pathways ideal for walking and exploring .
Furthermore, you can rent a motorboat in Sami and in Santa Efimia and visit secluded idyllic bays accessible only by boat. A truly unique experience! The Bavarian Horse Riding Stables, about 2 km away from our villa: a completely different way of exploring Kefalonia, by following old donkey trails with wonderful views through olive groves and fruit orchards.
Assos is a tiny village built on a small peninsula, dominated by the ruins of a 16th century Venetian castle. It is situated on the North-West coast, not too far from Myrtos beach,. Fiskardo is a picturesque fishing village situated right at the far North of the island and is one of the few villages not to be destroyed in the earthquake of 1953 (ferries/boat trips to Ithaca/Lefkada sail from here
St Gerassimos Monastery is at the heart of the island and the interior of the church is decorated with breathtaking murals. Saint Gerasimos is the patron Saint of the island and his remains are kept in a small chapel in a silver and glass sarcophagus. The ferry to Zakynthos sails from Pessada, a port situated 3Okm from the Villa. Ferries from Argostoli sail to Lixouri for exploring the island’s western peninsula.
