'Ionian Sea Villas' is comprised of 3 detached villas (Skala Villa
Blue, Skala Villa Green and Skala Villa Yellow) situated within private
grounds. Guests have exclusive access to 3 private swimming pools,
making it an ideal retreat for large groups who wish to stay together.
With a total capacity to accommodate up to 24 guests, these detached
villas offer the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces for a
memorable vacation.

Living Room
Every villa in the Collection is fitted with an air-conditioned lounge,
complete with a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite
TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room.

Kitchen
Each villa within the collection is accompanied by a fully equipped
kitchen, complete with air conditioning and an array of appliances,
including a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

All perfect!!! I do not have enough good words to describe how wonderful it was our holiday there...
All perfect!!! I do not have enough good words to describe how wonderful it was our holiday there. It was just what we wanted; clean, spacious, with lovely pools to relax in! The nearest beach is just a 3-minute walk from the properties and was amazing to watch the sunset over the sea. As we went out and explored the south of the island almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us near to everything. Thank you very much for organizing the best holiday that we ever had! We would thoroughly recommend this group of 3 villas. This place is good for the soul :)

Ionian Sea Villas were very clean with lots of space for us as our group was of 24 people. Also nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchens with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. Most of the time we spent around the pools or at the terraces and enjoyed a nice time there: swimming, sunbathing, preparing meals, playing cards, and enjoying gatherings with our friends. While we were there we also visited Lourdata and Avithos Beach and spent a wonderful time there. Much gratitude to everyone that helped us to book and look after us before and during our stay. Looking forward to our next holiday there.

Amazing group of 3 villas with 3 private swimming pools put together. For our group, it was really special with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and modern. I can not forget the swimming pools where we spent most of our time. You can experience a perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy the most beautiful villas you could imagine. Everything was really close, beaches, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, which was a real plus as we did not need to rent a car. Also to mention that the agents gave us a lot of information and were there for everything that we needed. Thank you a lot! We plan to come again!
