"This is my second time staying here. This experience was definitely better than the last as I knew exactly what to expect in regards to noise, the band, parking and crowds. If you know what to expect it is the perfect place. It is not a place to stay if you want good sleep. But if you want great pizza and music, it is perfect if you’re trying to ski on a budget. Come prepared with noise cancelling headphones."

"The house feels a lot like a frontier cabin. It’s essentially one 3-4 story main room with 8 bedrooms connecting directly to it on two levels. We enjoyed the large fireplace in the main room, but wished the available seating better matched the room size. "The Lodge at Sunapee Stays was a great place to stay at, comfortable bed, heat pump works great for heating room. The bidet toilet was a first for me, and actually was nice to use. The activity room is also very nice and clean with a lot of options."

"Beautiful property! We rented this for an intimate wedding ceremony by the water with a dock for our boat entry. The setting was perfect! The house was spotless and exceeded my expectations. There is a small country store 10 minutes away that had everything we needed like coffee and snacks. There is a delicious pizza place 14 minutes away that served as a Friday night treat. "The place is everything it describes, however I missed the part where the bathrooms are in a separate building and they are shared. Thankfully for us there was nobody else staying there. Everything was very clean. Other than that I was satisfied. "

"The tiny houses were cute and well equipped. They were ideal for 2 friends traveling together having their own space. I would definitely rent this property again. Only negative was having 3 empty propane tanks when we wanted to use the fire table(something to be added to the maintenance checklust) however once i text them they dropped a fresh tank off that same evening."

"Property is very nice but walls are thin and there is a gazebo for smoking, outdoor grilling, and shooting off fireworks that is located on the grounds of the hotel. Lots of noise, was tough to sleep."
