"Was in town for business. The hotel is very pleasant - staff were very polite and the breakfast buffet was good. Proximity to the Botanical Gardens offers a pleasant outing. "

"Good enough hotel. The food was not very interesting and I got food poisoning on 2 occasions. Roast chicken at the Rooftop Café was good and safe. Not much to do nearby. Lovely people."

"I’ve stayed at Hotel Kristal many times over the last 15 years. The staff are most friendly and accommodating and the pool and Satu Lagi Bar are great. I will stay there again if in Jakarta. If I could point out anything on the negative side, is the facility needs a facelift. My room, for example, was clean but clearly showed signs of wear and tear. Understandable given that COVID was such a setback to business. Note that WiFi was excellent the entire week I was there. Many thanks to hotel staff for a very pleasant stay. "
