Only downside as listed and other reviews is that it is above a bar. During our Monday though Thursday night stay could hear the music thumping until about 11:30 PM. "We had an amazing stay at this house! The property owner made the home so inviting and homey. Everything was available, no detail was forgotten! Makeup towels, laundry basket, wide variety of kitchen appliances and utensils, blankets in the living room, coffee, tea, sugar, Splenda, etc. All details were covered to make an excellent stay! Excellent communication with the property owner! We stayed 3 days and had an excellent experience! Definitely will stay again!!!"
