"Dated rooms, 1st room had old stained towels and stained blankets, no heating - cold. Changed room heating worked but not very well. Dining experience for breakfast and dinner chaotic. Staff really tried, but too few to cope. Some organisational issues? Lots of other guests unhappy. I was embarrased at level of service - lack of dining space, all uncleared tables, basic breakfast.... List could go on but I feel too sorry for the hotel to continue."

Good parking inside secure lot. Plenty of food at the buffet. Douz is the gateway to the Sahara. Ride a camel in the morning, ate one in the evening."
