Waterpark Beach House with Water and City view

Bring the whole family to this newly renovated home with lots of room for fun. Across the street from the waterpark and a block from the beach. Sleeps 12 with 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms and spacious kitchen and 3 porches. Watch the city lights at night twinkle in the distance as you sit on the third floor porch and enjoy beach living at its best.

There are wonderful neighbors on both sides. Please make sure that you respect them and keep all noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

The beach and waterpark are a quick walk from the house. Parking is across the street in the waterpark.
Guests must be quiet after 10pm. We have full time neighbors and we must show them respect.

Arive to house with no ac are frigerator.damage at property.Then host go try tell me what suppose to be Comfortable temp my k8ds complain that to hot.cant have cold drink because frigerator wasn't working. Then host get ac man over there to repair the ac she doesn't pick up here phone leave us a whole nother 24hr without ac.I dont think i got my money worth but hey we mad the best out mest up Situation. Provide phone of all damage to vrbo when arived.

Perfect spot for families with Children!
I dont want to start with the property. I want to start with Kim and how amazing she is as a host. She went above and beyond! From ordering a blender before we arrived to meet our dietary needs to giving great restaurant suggestions! So helpful. This property is a prime location for children with family, easy walking access to a kid friendly beach with flat sandy bottoms is great. The waterpark / amusement park across the street really seals the deal. You wont do much better than this property if travelling to the jersey shore in summer.

Loved it, great number of beds. Bad weather and waterpark was closed.
Our race car crew and driver stayed there. Had everything they needed. Crew really liked it and went down to the beach. They were hoping to enjoy the waterpark, but the bad weather kept it closed all week.

Marine Corps reunion trip
I had 6 of my old Marine buddies stay with me here so we could do striper fishing in the bay. Kimberly was a great host and we couldnt ask for a better place to do it. We will be back to do it again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The layout of the house was perfect for a multi-family getaway. The second living room was great for the kids to have their own space with TV. It was a short walk to the beach and we appreciated the host’s kind manner and responsiveness!

Great fit
This was a great fit for my family as we gathered for Christmas. Plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded but still together. Kimberly was very responsive and we had a lovely time. I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

The property itself was pretty and appeared clean except dor candy left in the hallway. Everything went downhill in terms of cleanliness when I encountered a mouse in the laundry room.

Horrible experience with neighbors absolutely racist! We had to get a large VAn for our suitcases and extra bedding and food we had she called the cops without inquiring with us. She says internet works but it doesn't and she told us she has two parking but neighbors harassed us if we parked in those places so really no parking. She had damaged floors which we were smart to take videos of before cuz she was trying to get money from us for it! Don't stay here!!!! Whatever u do!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the hoise. The house is large enough for 8 private and 10 total guest. If you plan to use water park it is a great location. Otherwise the water park is just across the street and sometimes it is very noisy. The beach that is closest to the house is ok. There are several nice beaches if you are willing to travel 40 minutes. Parkiong is Only street parking. The house does not have driveway or garage. The two complementary parkings were not available as I was informed on the day of arrival. We had four cars, so it was not easy to find parking. You are not supposed to block parking in front of the house using cones, as told by police . There were enough supplies of linnens, towels, soap, paper products etc.
