It was a great spot and only a 5 min walk to the Hyatt to be able to join all the wedding events and shuttles easily. It is also a 5 min walk to the beach. The property is quaint and cozy. "We had an absolute blast at this condo in Princeville. The communication and check-in process was flawless, the room was larger than expected, and it also included so many beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc.) The location is so close to everything on the North Shore - and I can’t forget to mention the parking space for the condo is literally right outside the side door. I’d give this VRBO (10) stars if I could. Would highly recommend. "

"David and Lynda’s space is a dream! After a stressful rental car checkout experience, arriving here to fresh flowers throughout the apartment, chocolate treats, and a welcome card were just what we needed to feel welcome on Kauai! The space—including the bed and couch—are beyond comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and thoroughly stocked, and the view and sounds from the lanai are heavenly. Centrally located, this apartment could not have suited us better. Thank you, David and Lynda!"

"Really enjoyed the aesthetic of this rental as well as its great location! The balcony overlooks trees that were teeming with beautiful birds and the golf course. Our favorite beach was within walking distance which is truly special since there are only 10 parking spots for the entire beach."

"We had a wonderful stay at our first time in Kauai for my 40th birthday trip. The resort grounds were beautiful. There were 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a slide (adults can slide also lol) A tiki bar with food, drinks and dessert. The Resort had a restaurant, a starbucks and a gift shop.
