8/10 Good

A great option for us and we had a great stay, but probably not for everyone
As other reviews noted this is very private and feels like you're in the middle of a jungle, yet is very close to attractions, food and other services. I would not recommend arriving at night as even with great instructions, it's a challenge to navigate in the dark.
Two couples enjoyed this setting of private sleeping cottages and a shared open kitchen. It was a great base for golf, snorkeling, a Luau, coffee plantation tour and west coast exploring.
We weren't aware of a new gate code but otherwise communication and hosting was excellent. The fresh fruit from the property was amazing and Viktoriya gave us good local recommendations for food and activities.
The night noises of bugs and other animals are more similar to camping than staying in a hotel but the accommodations were very comfortable and we used the kitchen for breakfasts and most dinners.
Snorkeling and other beach necessities were included.
If you read the reviews and it sounds like it fits your style, then you won't regret staying here. It was a great option for us and we had a great time. (Would be a five star rating, except for the mixup on the gate code. We had no cell service and no easy way of getting a hold of the owners so had to wake the neighbours!)
