I loved the location and the apartment but I admit that its a subjective opinion.
The apartment had a great style that I loved, very modern and very-very white so you better like this.
For me it was very relaxing staying in and avoid the heatwave. It has no windows with nice view but it is pleasant and nicely decorated. It was very clean and the amenities were super.
It is at the very top of the main street of Ioulida probably at the most difficult place to reach, on the closest location to the visit the amazing stone lion.
If you are not familiar with Ioulida keep in mind that you will need to do a lot of steep walking.
If you have mobility problems a stroller or push chair I think that Ioulis overall might be difficult. Even if you are fit, going anywhere will be a workout - 15 mins walking uphill to reach your car.
Myself I loved that I was so far from cars isolated but feeling inside Ioulis community. This is what made my experience unique even say compared to Santorini - similar incredible views and sunset but unspoiled and also amazing history.
Anyway, back to the apartment: it doesn't have a stunning view like most places at Ioulis but has a small balcony where you can see a little bit of the sea and watch people passing by to visit the lion.
It is close to a really nice bar that stays open until very late. I enjoyed getting a beer on my balcony and feeling the vibrance like I was at the bar. Once inside for me the noise wasn't too bad and I could sleep.
