Discover the center of the beautiful medieval city of Kaysersberg, this lovely Alsatian half-timbered house completely renovated in 2011.

It lies at the heart of the old city in a street parallel to the main street. Parking within 20 meters, local shops within 1 km (post office, bakery, newsagent, supermarket, butcher, etc ...)
You will stay in a 3 room apartment on the 2nd floor of the house.

The apartment:
It has an entrance, a living room with lounge / dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine and 1 toilet.

Living / Living room is south / east. Wooden floors and plaster painting the walls.
You will find in this room, a sofa bed (for 2 people), coffee table, TV cabinet, dining table with 6 chairs, a sideboard, a flat screen television and documentation of activities and sights in the region to discover.
You can sit out on the free wireless internet.

Verlängertes Wochenende in Kaysersberg
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Am Abend hat man durch das Dachfenster einen tollen Blick auf die beleuchtete Burg. Vielen Dank.

Charme au cœur de Kaysesberg
Cet appartement au 2ème étage est idéalement situé au cœur du village, il a un joli charme (ce qui implique de charmants escaliers pour y monter , on dira que c’est le seul bémol pour y monter bagages et courses) , les enfants ont adoré la maison rouge et la chambre dans le toit. Tout y est pratique et bien aménagé. Nous y étions comme dans un cocon. Le plus , mon petit toutou accepté dans le logement. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Magnifique
Duplex spacieux, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, calme, situé dans la splendide cité médiévale de kaysersberg. Un bémol cependant, il serait judicieux de mettre des stores occultants sur les deux velux du palier à l étage car il fait très chaud l ete, ainsi que sur les petites fenêtres des chambres pour éviter la lumière du jour la matin.

Ferielejlighed i Kaysersberg
Lejligheden ligger helt centralt placeret i Kaysersberg, så det er let at gå rundt i byen og mærke den hyggelige stemning. Der er også mange afmærkede vandrestier som er let tilgængelig fra lejligheden. Vil helt klart anbefale Kaysersberg som feriemål til andre turister. En ting der kunne være bedre var rengøringsniveau af lejligheden inden vi overtog den - det var ikke godt nok. Alt andet var helt perfekt.

Appartement très sympa et typiquement Alsacien Belle pièce de vie ( cuisine ouverte sur le salon ) Très bien situé ( Boulangerie très proche pour le petit déj et parking à 100m pour la voiture ) Seul Bémol : Les escaliers ( escalier pentu et étroit pour atteindre l'appartement au 2éme étage de la maison, et escalier étroit pour atteindre les chambres : difficultés pour monter les valises ou autres ) Location à recommander .... nous y retournerons

Das Appartment ist gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund und wir fanden es geräumig genug. Zu sechst würden wir das Appartment nicht empfehlen. Die Stiege in den zweiten Stock und die Treppe in die Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng, aber machbar. Die Lage des Appartments und der Ausblick über die Häuser zur Burg hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Stark verschmutzt und deutlich unter Standard.
Die Wohnung war schmutzig und voller Spinnenweben in allen Räumen. Beschädigungen an den Wänden wurden notdürftig ausgebessert und nahezu das gesamte zur Verfügung stehende Geschirr war so stark verschmutzt, dass man es vor Benutzung erst nochmal spülen musste. Die Wohnung können wir definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Kaysersberg selbst und die Wohnungsverwaltung vor Ort waren allerdings top 👍

Sehr schön und zentral in Kaysersberg gelegen
Sehr schön und zentral in Kayersberg gelegen. Parken für einen PKW am naheliegenden öffentlichen Parkplatz möglich (außer Montags wegen Markt). Leichte Lärm- und Geruchsbelästigung vom Restaurant gegenüber. Dafür aber nur wenige Schritte zu den Restaurants, Bäcker, etc. Gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, Filterkaffeemaschine, keine Spülmaschine. Küchentisch mit 6 Stühlen. Leider nur für drei Personen bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (1 Schlafsofa, 1 Sessel). SEHR steile Wendeltreppe zu den beiden Schlafzimmern, definitiv nur für schlanke und bewegliche Leute geeignet. Doppelbetten (1,40 m breit) direkt unter der Dachschräge. Frühe Aus-Check-Zeit: wir mussten das Appartement um 9.30 Uhr verlassen. Alles wird über eine Agentur abgewinkelt - sehr freundlich und professionell (Büro liegt fußläufig, nachmittags geöffnet). Brandschutztechnisch ist zu beanstanden, dass die Haustüre von innen verschlossen ist und das Haus ohne Schlüssel nicht verlassen werden kann. Im Badezimmer offene Kabelanschlüsse unterm Heizkörper. Fazit: Sehr gute Location um die Atmosphäre von Kaysersberg zu erspüren, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Allerdings können wir die Wohnung nur für Leute ohne Gehbeeintächtigung empfehlen aufgrund der sehr steilen Treppen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Sehr schöner alter Fachwerkbau inmitten des historischen Dorfkerns.
Schöne Wohnung mit sichtbarem alten Fachwerk und netter Altbauatmosphäre. Leider sind die Wandoberflächen bereits in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, ein Renovierungsanstrich wäre angebracht. Das gestellte Geschirr und die Töpfe und Pfannen haben ebenfalls deutliche Gebrauchspuren. Der Hausmüll wird im Erdgeschoss innerhalb des Hauses gelagert, an warmen Tagen gibt es hier eine deutliche Geruchsbelästigung. Alles in allem eine atmosphärische Ferienwohnung in einem alten Fachwerkhaus mit deutlichen Abnutzungsspuren, dort sollte mal ein Maler durch.

Lieu de vacances agréable
Appartement très lumineux, bien équipé. Situation agréable dans le vieux Kaysersberg. Parking aisé et gratuit (avec badge) à proximité. Nombreux restaurants, boutiques où se rendre à pieds. Activités et attractions pouvant satisfaire toute la famille: Le linge, Struthof, Colmar, Mulhouse, Ecomusée, Montagne des singes, Haut Koenigsbourg, ... ainsi que la route de vins. Propriétaire sympathique et serviable ainsi que le personnel de l'agence. Location à recommander. Petit bémol (mais annoncé lors de la réservation): l'accès à l'appartement se fait par un escalier assez raide (1er au 2e) et l'escalier menant aux chambres est difficile pour personne âgée ou de forte corpulence.

beau duplex dans un beau village
nous venons de passer un agréable séjour en Alsace pour les fêtes de fin d'année et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Kaysersberg est très agréable à visiter avec les fêtes toutes les maisons sont décorés. Ils y a beaucoup de jolies boutiques et de petits commerces de specialités: pain d'épices, biscuit et vin chaud... Le logement est fidèle à l'annonce, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé. L'hiver il faut prévoir des vêtements chauds car les deux chauffages électrique de la maison ne sont pas suffisant et dans les chambres il n'y a pas de chauffage seul un petit chauffage d'appoint est mis à disposition.
