"Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apartment was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable. The roof top deck is lovely. We would definitely stay again. "

"Maintenance man entered my room 3 TIMES and i was NAKED EACH TIME, IN BED!!! I was solo with my 6 year old daughter. He kept entering. Only spoke german. There is NO ONE AT THE APT. Its all remote - do they know who this maintenance guy with the tattoos is who is entering my room? DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WOMEN. Contruction going on. "Comfortable though not cozy and too corporate style for my taste - has full kitchen. Hotel staff to guest ratio seemed high in the maintenance (had to call for electrical problem) and front desk, but fewer staff in the cafe where the better tables were slow to clear (maybe due to Covid?). "

The room i was offered was very dirty, there were cigarette ashes on the table, the bathroom was dirty and the worst part was that I opened the microwave and there was a bucket full of moulded chicken so i quickly called receptionist, he came up and said he was sorry and quickly took the moulded chicken out from the microwave.
