"We have been with VRBO for over 12 years and never had a bad experience until now. This is a hotel room basically. The room is listed through an agency that cannot do English and they don't get involved. They referred us to the hotel property manager and the process of getting info was horrible. lengthy, confusing, frustrating. It is a two bedroom apt, all things worked. "Check in was incredibly awful, 40 mins in 35 degree heat outside because the property owner did not send a valid door code. Ended up calling hotels.com who managed to sort but at a cost in phones, patience and valuable holiday time as well as cooking in the heat. Dreadful check in.... cannot recommend for this reason by itself. Found last occupants' food in the microwave.... otherwise property was ok. Beware, check in appears to be issue looking at previous reviews - avoid... "
