"Breakfast buffet had so many choices. Onsen spa was well equipped. I had the place to all by myself at 4 PM. "

"Very new hotel. Lovely staff. Rooms are the best part although I wish the bed had room on both sides to get out (large room with sitting area and fridge!). Breakfast wasn’t very exciting but typical of Japan hotel to try to do everything not so well. But lovely staff and very clean and organized. Spa on top floor was lovely. I looked in but didn’t use it. Very convenient to buses and trams and at the doorstep of China town which is like literally one block. Overall it was nice property and worth staying away from the main train station. Nagasaki wasn’t my favorite city to visit but interesting for sure. Cold weather in January didn’t help of course. "

"Service was impeccable and courteous. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of western and Japanese style cuisine. 10 min walk from Nagasaki station and right beside a tram station. "

"The location couldn’t better—being right outside a streetcar stop is so helpful for getting around, and being right near Dejima is very cool too. Room was large and cozy, and we had everything we needed. I also really appreciated the self-service bag storage at the front, it was very helpful when we had a few hours left in the city after check out."
