Welcome to our cozy waterfront cottage on Mitchell Lake. Our beautiful cottage offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the basement living area to sleep 8 persons comfortably. Enjoy the stunning views of Mitchell Lake from every corner of this cottage. The large windows in the living room, bedrooms and basement offers beautiful views to enjoy during any season.
The kitchen is newly renovated and is fully stocked for a stay. This stunning cottage has 2 decks with outdoor seating and dining area to enjoy your morning coffees and evening drinks while enjoying the spectacular sunsets.
We offer 2 kayaks (1 one person and 1 two people) and a canoe for exploring the beautiful Mitchell Lake. There is an outdoor firepit by the water to roast marshmallow and enjoy the quite night sky with your loved ones.
Lots of board games,a pool table, a ping pong table,and an air hockey table is also available to use during your stay.
This cottage is only 1.5 hours of scenic drive from Toronto. We are less than 10 minutes away from Balsam Lake Provincial Park and kirkfield boat locks.
There is also a public park and boat launch down the street for your watercraft and boats.
The guest have access to the entire cottage and the large garage during their stay.

- Less than 10 minutes drive to Balsam Lake Provincial park for sandy beach and beautiful hikes

IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER:
- FIRE BAN in April for the entire Kawartha Lakes Region and no outdoor fire is permitted.
- Water activities are accessible from Victoria Day long weekend to
Thanksgiving long weekend
- No fireworks allowed
- No excessive noise or loud music allowed at any times.

• Quite hours between 9 pm & 8 am
• No shoes in the house
• Guest should bring their own firewood and ensure fire is put out at end of use.
• Early check in or late check out can be arranged when available based on availability.
• Thank you for your thoughtfulness and consideration in leaving the cottage (inside and out) clean and tidy. For guest use, Cottage has a broom, dustpan, dish soap and vacuum
• No loud music or parties or events at anytime
• No Fireworks are allowed in the property at all times. Its against the township by-law.
• Insects and wildlife are a part of cottage country. Please discourage them by keeping doors and screens closed.
• Maximum two pets allowed.
• Pets cannot be left unattended, and we ask that you pick up after your pet.
• Please do not put anything into the toilets but into the trash cans provided in the washrooms for paper towels, Kleenex, tampons, pads, flushable wipes, hair etc
• Please clean and empty fridge, microwave, and Oven.
• Empty all garbage containers.
• There is a fire ban in the region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials.
• GUESTS ARE TO TAKE GARBAGE AND RECYCLE BACK WITH THEM AT THE END OF THEIR STAY.
• Summer seasonal activities (dock, kayak, canoe etc) are available for guest use between Victoria Day weekend to Thanksgiving weekend.
