Very good location, the hotel is closed to the train station, cocoon city malls, convenience stores and many restaurants. Front desk and restaurant staffs were very polite and helpful. "Spacious and clean. Moderate queen room was a good value. A good option if you want to stay in the neighborhood. Kichijoji has a very nice vibe compared to the more central neighborhoods in Tokyo. My only complaint was the 5000 yen fee to check out an hour later, at 12pm. Not an unreasonable amount but this is also the only time I’ve been charged this fee in my many trips to Japan. "
