"Great location right on the ocean front. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Charming gardens and pool overlooking the sea. They are in the middle of painting one wing which wasn't particularly disruptive. The rooms are a bit dated but the view from the balcony and the very atmospheric bar make up for what the rooms lack. On Thursdays the bar hosts local Hawaiian musicians which is really nice."

"This was a great stay and we would go again. The only issue was that the elevator was out 3 of the 5 nights we were there. "

"Pools were awesome, and the lagoon was really fun. Loved the ability to rent stand up paddle boards and other equipment to try at the lagoon. Loved swimming with the dolphins! Also loved the many towel dispensing machines. The food choices on site were limited, of poor quality, and VERY expensive. The tram was really slow and the boats were not running when we were there this time. The elevators were dirty inside, mostly food debris. The room was never cleaned even though we made 2 requests. "
