"This is not about staff…who were all great. But a hotel that can’t give you a bottle of water or breakfast without you paying for it in advance (rather than on check out) has some serious trust issues. The staff were very nice. Overall the stay was very good. Rooms basic and small but clean. Plus the location more than made up for it. I just prefer staying somewhere where the system doesn’t think I’m trying to steal water. "

The design is really cool and pretty, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was amazing. I went for dinner and the food was so delicious and the staff were so lovely. The breakfast buffet was also the best I’ve had - everything was super fresh and felt more like I was eating in a nice cafe. The options were extensive, the eggs were fluffy, they had healthy options like roasted...

"The hotel is very well situated for the mainline train and metro from airport and metro around the city though by foot will also take you most places. Convenient for access to football stadium in Parken. Not immediately surrounded by restaurants but plenty within 15 minutes walk."
