In 2024, we fully renovated our bathroom, ensuring modern amenities and a fresh, inviting space. This updated bathroom is ready to welcome its first travelers, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay.

Its location, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes from the bus station, and a mini market, is ready to serve your needs. With free street parking close to the property, you should be able to park steps away from the door.

The walls are decorated with art paintings carrying the signature of Karathanasis Dimitris, a well-known artist of Kavala who lived in the mid-'80s. You will find handcrafted decoration and furniture around the house.
