"We stayed one short night at Fisher’s but it was a treat to be there. We loved listening to the occasional rain downpour although short lived and waking up to the songbirds. The master bedroom looked out into the lush surroundings and the fresh air poured into the room. This home was well cared for, well stocked and the housekeeper did a great job. "Amazing experience "

"Where else on Maui can you find a seven bedroom, seven bathroom private home that exists in a botanical garden? This place is an Upcountry Shangri-la, whether you’re working or playing. It mixes the utilitarian (see above about bedrooms/ bathrooms) with the Romantic: jaw dropping views, unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, and a view to the night sky that would make an early explorer just as relaxed. I’ll bet there are two dozen interesting trees on the property: an epic Banyan tree, an avocado tree, citrus trees, and many more of the flowering variety I couldn’t identify. There’s a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, and a set of common areas that make you want to hang out. I was part of a crew that was filming on Haleakala. We needed a place up the mountain that would make our daily commute manageable. I highly recommend."

"Exceptional! Our host Elaine was an amazing host and checked in on us regularly throughout our stay. She went out of her way to make our check in process easier, even in the dark. Very thoughtful. The property was spotless, including the grill, which is rare. Great attention to detail. Location was perfect and Elaine suggested some beaches in the area. We loved the pool and enjoyed lots of time swimming and sunning in the spacious area. The deck off the back of the cottage was also a great space and gave us lots of room to spread out. Overall, outstanding! We will be back!"

Quiet, clean, plentiful amenities, well maintained, responsive property manager. Cherished our time and made many forever memories. Sad to leave, eager to return. "
