"This apartment was probably very nice at one point. The walls are very beat up, the carpet is disgusting, and who ever cleans it, does the bare minimum. There were little hairs all over the place and the closet was full of dust. The baseboards have not been cleaned in a very long time. If you are tall I would not recommend the penthouse apartment, there are many low points in the ceiling where you will hit your head. The area and town were nice, and it was easy to take the bus to the train...

Convenient public transit to and from airport with either non-GVB bus (195) which stops right outside apartments or GVB bus (369) which is ~15 minute walk to property. Five minute walk to GVB tram #2 which goes all the way to central station or readily connects to other landmarks including RAI/convention...
