"It was a short stay. We stayed shorter than planned. The kitchen is very good. The bathroom is small, but okay. The bedroom has a very old bed. The stairs to the attic apartment were not very comfortable, it creaked and felt unsafe. As far as we are concerned, the garden can be cleaned up, which improves the impression."

"Cute place. Worked well for our needs. Very clean and cozy. A few small items, there were many steep steps we didnt know about and someone from our group who is still healing from hip surgey and it present a challenge. Also we had to follow up for details about check in twice. Once in the property no problems with replies. It was very warm on the top floor with only 1 fan. Having all the windows open sure helped. Love that there was a washer and dryer and plenty of towels. "

"Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern. Ausserdem gab es alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten (es gab sogar eine Waschmachine). Nah am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, und direkt an der Straße gab es eine Bushaltestelle, in die Altstadt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar dank Verfügbarkeit 1 Stunde früher einchecken lassen! Check-In lief problemlos über Zahlencode beim Türschloss. Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder!😊"

"Die Wohnung ist perfekt, um Koblenz und die Umgebung zu besuchen. Der Blick direkt auf den Jesuitenplatz verleiht ihr ein besonderes Flair. Sie ist nett eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt."

"Wir haben nicht die Wohnung erhalten, die wir gebucht haben. Die Wohnung, die uns dann später zugeteilt wurde, konnte erst 2,5 Stunden später bezogen werden, weil sie erst gereinigt werden musste, was innerhalb von 30 min geschah. Wir fanden dann eine dreckige Wohnung auf (Dusche dreckig, in der Küche lagen noch Krümel, vor dem Haus türmte sich der Müll). Als wir das Haus verließen kam schon die nächste Gruppe, die auch angeblich umgebucht wurde… schreit nach Doppelbelegung… wir konnten dann...

"Everything was ok. Idea: give some instructions on how to seperate and dispose of garbage. And add a light on the terrace to enjoy evenings outside."

"Decent location, convenient to bus stop. Owner very responsive. Parking is on street but we had no problems. Street itself pretty quiet but a fair amount of noise from road over bridge behind apartment. Beds were only fair and towels provided were not full sized towels."

"Fantastically clean property with very comfortable rooms and bed. Excellent kitchen with all amenities, good bathroom (with washing machine as well). It's in a quieter residential area uphill from St Goar train station so quite a steep walk if you don't have a car. Steffi the owner was really helpful and friendly and picked me up from the train station with my cases and offered to take me to places like supermarkets for food. A really great place to stay. "This was our 2nd time, and not the last. Everything is like in the pictures, the hosts are very nice, and the Apartment is not lacking anything you need. We will be back."
