Great staff!! Very well located and within short walking distance from subway and many restaurants.

LARGE room, bathtub! LOTS of amenities e.g. all the toiletries, bath salts, pajamas to use each night, turn down with water and chocolate. welcome sweets. GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive! location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are a good size. We travelled with our adult daughter. She had a twin bed in the room and our bed was pushed together to make a king. The room was well equipped with a lot of shelving and areas to put your items. This allowed you to have more room within your room. The beds were comfortable too. We purchased the breakfast buffet when booking the room. Good idea to do that. It is a buffet and it has a lot of options. By the 4 day though, you did get tired of the same food day after day. The location, although near a train station, is far from Tokyo and you need to transfer multiple times before you reach the Shibuya Station. It takes about 40 mins. The hotel only has one restaurant. It was extremely busy and as a result, if you didn’t make a reservation for the restaurant at dinner, you had to go to one of the few restaurants around the hotel. And if that doesn’t work, then you’re on the train again. There really is nothing close by the hotel. We chose it because of the rating and the reviews. However, if we came back again, we would stay at a hotel closer to Tokyo.

Even though this hotel is in Ginza walking distance from the popular shopping malls and stores (Shiseido flagship, Muji, Uniqlo, Donki, etc), it's located on a smaller side street that was quiet and not too busy. We were able to walk to Tsukiji fish market too and easily bus and train everywhere else. Hotel staff were amazing and so helpful. The hotel breakfast was also one of our best meals in Tokyo.
