"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

"Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Golfplatz raus und es war wirklich sehr ruhig ab 22 Uhr, sodass man auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht ausladend, aber absolut ausreichend. Auch die gebuchte Massage war wirklich sehr gut. "The hotel was fine (although having absolutely no wifi was a bit of a surprise and not ideal for the type of travelling we were doing). Because we were there in mid-April, it isn't the best time to be at a location that is catering to summer beach goers, so my rating of the location suffers a bit. This is just a matter of timing though. We had driven up from Berlin to go to Peenemunde, and this was a fine hotel to spend the night after before moving on."

"Älteres Hotel aber sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sauber und die Essensauswahl zum Frühstück war sehr reichlich. Das Schwimmbad war sauber, Wasser war schön warm und ausreichend groß. Parkplätze sind begrenzt vorhanden, aber wir hatten Glück 🙃 Einziges Manko war die Schlafcouch. Das Möbel sollte langsam ausgetauscht werden. Zu Fuß ist vom Hotel aus alles erreichbar. Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt."

"Wir hatten zwei Bungalows gemietet, Ausstattung in Ordnung, super Frühstück. Negativ anzumerken ist, in den Bungalows hat man kein W-lan, nur im Hauptgebäude, das wussten wir vorher, aber an zwei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir auch keinen Fernsehempfang, Freitag- und Samstagabend zur besten Sendezeit war kein Empfang, vermutlich weil es draußen ein wenig windig war. Bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 124 Euro plus 10 Euro für Parken geht das gar nicht."

"After an early glitch with access using the key card I really appreciated this luxurious hotel. Grand piano in the entrance hall, large and comfortable bedroom with seating area. The superb swimming pool and spa area as well as bountiful breakfast buffet in the nearby hotel made my stay very pleasant."

"Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung sehr stilvoll. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht und hatten alles was man für eine Selbstversorgung benötigte. Super👍 Auch der Wellnessbereich zwar klein aber zum entspannen völlig ausreichend. Vielen dank, wir würden es sofort weiterempfehlen. "

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...
