"Service was pretty average. For anything one has to ask the staff several times. Breakfast options are limited even though I understand they strive to provide a fully vegetarian menu. The quality of the breakfast ranged from average to terrible."

"Very courteous reception and room service staff. Though the restaurant closes at 10:30 PM, the room service staff still managed to get our desired dinner at 11 PM. Although the on-site car parking is limited to approximately 10 cars, the staff tries to get you a place on-site as soon as any car leaves. Punjabi food is very good."

"Good: 1. Distance from the railway station. 2. Free pick-up and drop services from the railway station and Katra helipad. 3.The room service staff were professional and quick. Bad: 1. Hot water issue: The geyser works only for a limited supply of hot water, which is not sufficient for bathing. 2.The reception and restaurant staff were not welcoming. 3. Limited/repetitive food options in the buffet. 4. Frequent electricity disconnections: It happens around 7-8 times a day."

"Room was dirty. It was not a 3 star hotel .It is a normal hotel.Location is nice.Room facility just ok.Hot water all time not available.Intercom was not working."
