"The building was beautiful and well maintained. Reception staff were amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was a bit disappointing. Very expensive and the older waiter was very rude and the food was either undercooked or overcooked. Would stay there again but would probably not eat at the restaurant again. "

"My room was clean and neat. The manager was very friendly and kind. The hostel was quiet and fairly peaceful. Some things were overlooked like bathroom cleanliness and lack of toilet paper. But otherwise the location was perfect and it suited my needs"

"Our room was ready right on the check in time of 3pm. It would have been nice to check in earlier since the weather was miserable. We checked in at the sister hotel Lilianfels as there was no staff at our hotel. The room was tidy. The bathroom was so very very tight and tied, you could not fit more than one person in there. There is not enough parking on the premises especially of an evening which is very frustrating in wet weather."

"I booked the Clarendon because we were attending a birthday nearby and this was the closest to the location and as it happened, we were next door! So for us it was perfect as we could just walk to the party and not worry about taxis or ubers, it was also just the one night. The Motel itself is a little run down and it looks like there's work being done but also not sure when the work started or likely to finish.
