"This is easily the nicest bookabach we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is incredible - top tier appliances built into the cabinetry and a massive kitchen island. Overall just a beautifully and thoughtfully appointed house. We loved chilling on the super sheltered veranda - very pleasant even on windy days. Thanks Janet for a wonderful stay!"

"The cottage is very comfortable and well appointed. The surrounds are tranquil, peaceful farmland. Plenty of trees and a few grazing sheep over the fence. A lovely place to relax and only five minutes from Katikati."

"Unprofessional as. Whole appartment looked like it was furnished from the dump. 10 condoms in the bathroom. One of the beds looks like it was from a 80s porno. No keys for the room. Tv didnt work. Besides that the view was nice."

"Very nice setting and I was made to feel very comfortable and will look forward to staying again and I recommend to anyone that has respect for Niki. Accomodation was very clean and tidy and in the most lovely quiet setting. Niki made it very clear with directions and rules but she was so lovely to let me k ow if I needed anything she would be willing to help out.
